Refund & Cancellation Policy – Bluekode Academy

At Bluekode Academy, we strive to deliver the highest quality learning experience. We understand that circumstances may change, and we have established a fair and transparent refund policy.

1. Before Course Start

90% of the fee will be refunded if a written request is made before the course commencement date.

10% will be deducted towards administrative and processing charges.

2. After Course Start

Refund requests made within 7 days of course commencement are eligible for a 50% refund, provided no more than 2 sessions or modules have been accessed.

After 7 days, no refund will be applicable, as access and resources are considered utilized.

3. Webinars, Workshops & Internships

Fees paid for one-day workshops, webinars, or internships are non-refundable, as access is immediate upon registration.

4. Batch Transfers

Students may request a one-time batch transfer before course commencement, subject to seat availability and an administrative fee of ₹1,000.

5. Course Cancellation by Bluekode

In case Bluekode Academy cancels or postpones a course indefinitely, students will receive a 100% refund within 10 working days.

6. Refund Timeline

Approved refunds are processed within 10–15 working days through the original payment method.
