Marketing Manager

We are on a mission to create future-ready professionals, and we are looking for a dynamic Marketing Manager to join our growing team.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead Generation: Develop and execute strategies to generate high-quality leads and successfully convert them into enrollments.
- Marketing Campaigns: Plan and implement both offline and online marketing campaigns, with a primary focus on online platforms to drive awareness and engagement.
- Digital Marketing Expertise: Design and manage paid ad campaigns (Google Ads, Meta Ads, etc.), SEO, email marketing, social media, and content marketing initiatives.
- Offline Marketing: Coordinate events, seminars, and collaborations with educational institutions to build the brand and attract prospective students.
- Analytics and Reporting: Monitor campaign performance, analyze data, and create actionable insights to optimize marketing strategies and ROI.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with the sales and academic teams to align marketing efforts with business goals.
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of experience in the EdTech sector, with a proven track record in marketing and lead conversion.
- Expertise in both offline and online marketing strategies, with strong knowledge of online marketing tools and platforms.
- Proficient in using analytics tools like Google Analytics, HubSpot, or similar to track and measure campaign performance.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Creative thinker with the ability to devise innovative marketing strategies.
